Along The Cowboy Trail
Published in Hardcover by R. D. Publishing, Inc (04 July, 2000)
Average review score:

Cowboys, Horses and SceneryThis exquisite "coffee table" book is full of the emotions of the real West! Being a horse-person myself, I can feel the beauty and the energy from the great photography in this book. Robert Dawson really captures the moment with his photography. These are photos of areas and activities that some people from the East would love to experience; and those that some of us have experienced and can relive through this book.

Amaranth
Published in Paperback by Writers Club Press (April, 2002)
Average review score:

AmaranthI found this to be a very well written and thought provoking novel. Set in the ancient city of York, England (and surrounds), the main theme is that of reincarnation, and the treatment is unusual in that the central character is regressed to two previous incarnations. It is well paced across the fairly substantial time span (approximately 200 years), and is historically accurate. I have read a number of novels dealing with past life regression, and have found that many tend to the fantastical (everyone was Rameses the Great, Napoleon, Byron, etc.). This book, on the other hand, is always believable, with plausible characters whom you become involved with, and whose fate you care about. And yes, there is a love story, spanning the incarnations.

Anna in the Garden
Published in Library Binding by Silver Moon Pr (June, 1994)
Average review score:

Anna in the Garden - little girls getawayThe illustrations in this book are beautiful. My 5 year old and 3 year old both love this story. It begins in the winter with a packet of seeds and goes full year to next winter, when Anna receives new seeds for the garden. The back of the book describes the flowers in Anna's garden. The story is delightful, watching the flowers through the seasons is a wonderful learning experience for children and promotes gardening among little ones.

Delight yourself making handmade paperOne of the most interesting books I have ever seen. This is a very important book for all the people who makes handmade paper. In this book we can find since how to make a papyrus sheet, one of the most antique techniques of making paper, till paper sculpture, a very actual and sophisticated work. The explanation about the way to do is simple and detailed, and the photos are very clear, so we can compare the final results when we try to experiment what author proposes.

The As/400 Owner's Manual
Published in Spiral-bound by MC Press, LLC (March, 1997)
Average review score:

Great Quick ReferenceAs a recent College Graduate with little real-world experience managing a AS/400, this book has been very valuable. With the exception of printing problems, most of my daily questions have been answered by picking up this book. While it doesn't go into detail about some of the commands/issues raised, it does tell what redbooks to go to for more information.

Beebuzzards Atop the Carcass
Published in Paperback by Sunstone Press (October, 1992)
Average review score:

They should have been put in prison for what they did!!Mr. Dawson and his friend use their old car to commit some nasty teenager pranks that are funny only because these are some of the things I did when I was growing up! The two boys in this book didn't let the poverty of the depression days keep them from having fun? at others expense. Mr. Dawson died of cancer last year, and I lost a very good friend. I'm glad he left a heritage of books behind for readers to enjoy. GOOD READING LUTHER BUTLE
